1. Seller

The store at a2tattoo.com (brand "A2", product line "HEX") is operated by Alex Vasilevko (13), a sole proprietorship (jednoosobowa działalność gospodarcza) registered in Poland.

help@a2tattoo.com is the only contact channel for support, complaints, and withdrawal notices. The seller is entered in the Polish Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG). Registry data, including the registered address, is publicly available in CEIDG under the NIP above and will be provided on request.

2. Scope

These Terms apply to the sale of goods offered through a2tattoo.com to both consumers and businesses located in the European Union. They form part of every sales contract concluded through the store.

These Terms are provided in English. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted them in the version in force at the time of ordering.

3. Products and Prices

We sell professional tattoo supplies and equipment from the HEX line — including caps, inks, films, second-skin, and needles/cartridges.

All prices are shown in euro (EUR) and include VAT. The price displayed when you place your order is the binding price for that order. Shipping costs are added and shown separately before you confirm the order.

4. Orders

Orders are placed directly through a2tattoo.com using guest checkout — no customer account is required. You select your products, provide the details needed for delivery and invoicing, choose a payment method, and confirm the order.

The sales contract is concluded when we send you the order confirmation email. That email confirms our acceptance of your order.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. The available methods are card, BLIK, Przelewy24 (P24), and Klarna.

Payment is due at checkout, when the order is placed. The seller does not store your card details; card data is handled solely by Stripe as the payment service provider.

6. Delivery

A single flat shipping rate of €9.99 applies per order. Orders are dispatched from within the European Union, with an estimated delivery time of 2–6 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

For consumers, the risk of loss of or damage to the goods passes to you on delivery, when you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.

7. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, send a clear statement of withdrawal to help@a2tattoo.com. A model withdrawal form is available, but its use is not mandatory.

Once you have notified us, we will provide the return address. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, which should be unused and in resaleable condition. We will refund all payments received from you, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods.

Exemption: under Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons if they were unsealed after delivery. This covers, in particular, sterile needles/cartridges, caps, films, and second-skin: once unsealed, these items are excluded from withdrawal.

8. Complaints and Warranty

The goods we deliver must conform to the contract. As a buyer, you are protected by the statutory warranty for conformity (rękojmia under Polish law).

If the goods are defective or otherwise do not conform to the contract, report the issue to help@a2tattoo.com, describing the defect. We will respond to your complaint within 14 days.

9. Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve any dispute amicably. If you are a consumer, you may also use the out-of-court dispute resolution methods available under Polish and EU law.

10. Final Provisions

These Terms and the contracts concluded under them are governed by Polish law. This choice of law does not deprive consumers of the protection afforded to them by the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence in the European Union.

We may amend these Terms; each order is governed by the version in force at the time it is placed. These Terms are effective as of, and were last updated on, 30 June 2026.
