Data controller

The controller of your personal data is "Alex Vasilevko (13)", a sole proprietorship (jednoosobowa działalność gospodarcza) registered in Poland, NIP 7972058054, REGON 365012977, which operates the online store at a2tattoo.com.

For any privacy matter, support question, complaint or withdrawal notice, you can reach us at help@a2tattoo.com. This is our only contact channel.

The controller's registry data, including the registered address, is publicly available by NIP in the Polish Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG), and we will also provide it on request.

Data we collect

We collect the data you give us and the data generated when you use the store:

Order and contact data — the name, email address and shipping address you enter at checkout, together with your order history.

Payment data — your payments are handled by Stripe (card, BLIK, Przelewy24, Klarna). Stripe processes your payment details directly; we do not store your card data.

Usage and analytics data — information about how you browse and use the store, collected through analytics tools.

Cookies — small files stored on your device, as described in the Cookies section below.

Purposes and legal bases

We process your personal data for the following purposes and on the following legal bases under the GDPR:

To perform the sales contract — processing your order, taking payment, dispatching the goods, and handling returns and complaints (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

To meet our legal and tax obligations, including issuing and keeping invoices (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

For analytics and marketing, where you have given your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); you can withdraw this consent at any time.

For security and fraud prevention, which is our legitimate interest in keeping the store and your transactions safe (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Who processes your data

We share your data only with processors who act on our behalf and under our instructions, and only as far as is needed to run the store:

Stripe — payment processing.
Cloudflare — hosting and content delivery (CDN).
Resend — transactional email (order confirmations and notifications).
Fakturownia — invoicing.
Google Analytics 4 — analytics, used only with your consent.
Shipping carriers — delivery of your order.

Some of these providers may process your data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, the transfer is safeguarded by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep your data

We keep your data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out above:

Order and invoice data — for as long as required by Polish tax law, which is about 5 years from the end of the year in which the transaction took place.

Analytics data — up to 14 months.

Your cookie choice — up to 365 days, after which we ask you again.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, to rectify it, to erase it, to restrict its processing, to data portability, and to object to processing. Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
